Event Curation System
From the call for participation to the finished programme: submissions, curation, planning, production and website in one system.
The Event Curation System is a CRM and content management system for congresses and events with a submission process. Participants submit, the programme team reviews and decides, and production gets exactly the information it needs. To the outside world, the system is a full website.
- Open-source based
- CRM and CMS
- Roles and permissions
- Drag-and-drop planning
- App interface

Showtime
Doors open, your show is running, we deliver the live data.

Submit, review, decide.
Every submission lands in a list with track, format, tags and speakers, which the programme team can filter by whatever matters. Reviews use stars and comments, visible to everyone or anonymous. Straight from the list, submissions are accepted, declined or put on the waiting list, one by one or as a bulk action.
- Star ratings, comments and filters for every field
- Permissions per role: who sees, rates, decides
- Bulk actions for status and e-mails
- CSV export for work outside the system
Hi {{ first_name }},
good news: your session “{{ title }}” has been accepted. We have scheduled it for {{ day }} at {{ time }} in {{ room }}.
See you soon!
The programme team
Bulk e-mails that arrive as personal messages.
Acceptances, declines and follow-up questions go out to everyone at once and arrive as personal messages: salutation, session title, date and room are filled in for each recipient. Templates can be stored per status, and every send is logged.
- Placeholders for every field of the submission
- Templates for acceptance, decline, waiting list, reminder
- Send to a filter or selection, not to everyone

Build the programme like on a whiteboard.
Accepted sessions sit as cards in a list, rooms and stages as columns in the calendar. Drag, drop, move, adjust the duration. Time grid and zoom are adjustable, overlaps stand out immediately. Partners are created and linked to programme items so that sponsoring and programme fit together.
- Multiple days, rooms and stages
- Time grid from 5 to 60 minutes
- Link partners and sponsors to sessions
- Unpublished sessions stay internal

Numbers that explain the programme.
How many sessions, how many hours of programme, how many speakers? How are formats, tracks, gender and travel distributed? The statistics show it live, with tables to expand. Useful for reports, funding applications and your own standard for a balanced programme.
- Moderation cards
- Lower-third export for video
- Running orders
- Badge print templates
Every crew sees what it needs.
Technology, direction, moderation, admission: production teams and crews get their own access and see exactly the information that is relevant to them. The same data produces the documents for the event day, with no copy-and-paste into other files.
- Websitebuilt-in CMS
- x10 Event Appprogramme and live data
- External systemsinterface
A website on the outside, the control centre on the inside.
The system is also a full website with all the usual CMS features: pages, news, programme, speakers and partners are maintained and published straight from the data. Through the interface, the same data flows into the programme app or into other external systems.
